COMING SOON IN DEVELOPMENT: The positive feedback from the proposed Tommy Boyd Shrine CD project has been overwhelming. This is the page where you will learn how the project is going, how to get hold of the CD once it is complete, and any developments along the way. Obviously the idea is to create a high-quality compilation of audio on MP3 format on a CD. The advantages being quality and quantity. This will be a totally non-profit making service, aimed to get you the kind of quality and frequency of audio that at the moment is impossible and impractical to get on the website. HOW YOU CAN HELP: This is going to be something you get from us, so we already have the audio. What will be useful to us is if you can tell us of any show, call, theme etc you want to see on the CD, and if we possess it and can find it, we can make every effort to get it on the CD. Please note, this will not be a custom CD tailored totally to any individual. This will be a generic site CD. So please don't ask for any custom made CD's as this will be a time consuming project. CONTRIBUTIONS: Have you got any cracking Boyd audio you'd like to contribute to the CD that you can mail to us? (postal mail only please). We'd be very grateful. We're especially after any old material from TalkRadio. But please note that we can not pay for any contributions, nor would we, as this is a hobby and the material is not ours to sell. PAYMENTS: Obviously we will not be posting these CD's out for nothing. All you pay are the fixed costs of the CD, packaging, and postage. You are of course quite welcome to make and distribute copies to friends and family once you are in possession as long as you are not making a profit. We also don't object to those of you generous individuals that add on the price of a pint for all our hard labour!!! ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION: We would not be foolish enough to put a set date on the site as this is a hobby project. Right now all efforts are going into the actual site content and remake, so it would be silly to even hazard a guess until The Shrine makeover is complete. Could be as early as the end of the year, or the beginning of next year. Keep your eyes peeled on this page for further updates. Cheers!
